"A role I think aligns with my ambition"

I started working at Tembo as a Sales Representative in 2014. Soon after, I was able to move up to Account Management. That’s a role I think aligns with my ambition to strategically use Tembo’s strengths to create client retention and satisfaction.

At the start of 2020, I became an Account Manager for Tembo Paper, a great example of how the group’s different skills come together to develop a new machine. 

Machine Learning

Machine Learning and Data Analytics are the breeding ground for machine and process optimisation. We know exactly what’s going on with our client; we analyse this data, which enables us to develop improvements for our machines. We use superior technology. That’s not only fascinating to work on; it also inspires enthusiasm, and it sells!

In addition to machines, we also develop the market through product innovation and by entering strategic partnerships. To do so, we collaborate with companies including the biggest multinationals in the food and packaging industry, which gives us a strong motivation.

At Tembo, there is a lot of room to come up with and carry out your own initiatives, but also to learn more about yourself and personally improve. This perfectly aligns with my background in commercial economics and my interest in working internationally.
