Quickly adapting to new needs

I’ve been working at Tembo in Kampen for almost a year now. I started out here in April 2019, and I was quickly impressed by the good relationships between colleagues.

Furthermore, the company’s focus on sustainability appeals to me and I hope that serves as inspiration to our clients and contacts.

The market is constantly changing and evolving. Tembo is a company that can adapt very quickly and is able to use the newest technologies to meet the needs associated with our fast-changing world.

Services Department

I work in the services department of one of the Tembo companies. My challenge is to make sure that clients are satisfied with our service and that we can solve their requests as quickly as possible, because the client expects a solution - and preferably as soon as possible.

I also draw up quotations and place the new orders for our spare parts. As a Sales Support Employee, I am in contact with our international clients. Working in the Sales and Service Department of an international company like Tembo, it’s also very handy to have solid language skills.
