At many of our companies we are organizing festivities for our employees, just before the holiday season starts. Usually it includes delicious food and a gift to show our appreciation for all the hard work is done last year.
With the tremendous efforts of our worldwide personnel, in 2018 we raised money for the research about the disease Multiple Scleroses (MS). Our board doubled the amount money raised. Therefore Dutch skaters and Olympic medal winners, Ronald and Michel Mulder, were handed over a cheque of over 30 thousand euros.
A longtime tradition at ITM Germany. Before the summer holidays start, all colleagues gather for a nice barbecue. There is no guarantee on the weather, but we're definitely sure of lots of laughter and fun.

PMP colleagues climbed the Monte Rosa (Pennine Alps, Italy, 4634 metres in height). They reached a few of the four thousand summits, felt like winners, made great friendships and came back stronger.

Two bee hives with bee colonies have been installed on the roof of our Tembo head office. 15 employees participated in a bee-keeping course and are now taking care of these mini buzzers.

Working 4 days a week, go to school 1 day a week. Some new and some experienced colleagues in Kampen are back in school. They are specializing in “Operating systems in machine engineering”. In collaboration with educational institutes, ITM initiated this program called Mechatronica038.
At RNT machinery, based in the Dominican Republic, they eat free pizza every Friday with their colleagues. It is very cozy and it works therapeutic: an excuse to talk, to reflect on the day, and on recent events. Eating together is a small act and yet we have a lot of fun together!
With a visit to the crafting cigar factory De Olifant and a boat trip on the IJssel river in Kampen, newest employees of ITM Kampen (SCM/TDC) have been officially welcomed in the company. During the program they learned about the history and the future of the company.
